You can access your annual giving statement online through your FCC profile. This enables you to access your statement “on demand” throughout the year at your convenience.
Online Statements:
- Go to https://fccphx.fellowshiponego.com/
- Enter your username and password.
- Once logged in, select MY GIVING from the left-hand side.
- Select ‘Last Calendar Year’ under Data Filters and ‘All’ under Tax Deductibles.
- Select DOWNLOAD PDF. The statement will download directly to your computer. Or, EMAIL STATEMENT and the statement will go to the email address you have on file.
- While you are logged in, please take a moment to update your contact information if it has changed.
Please note: If you have not completed a profile, you will need to do this in order to obtain an online statement.
How to Create Your Profile:
- Step 1: Go To: https://fccphx.fellowshiponego.com/
- Step 2: Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS in the username field.
- Step 3: Select FORGOT PASSWORD.
- Step 4: Check your email for directions from Fellowship One.
